Booking & Retainer


Your retainer locks in your date and ensures I’m fully focused on your wedding. Once your retainer is recieved, your date is exclusively yours — no double bookings, no stress.


Cancellations


If your event is canceled the retainer and payments are non-refundable. Additional payments may be credited toward a rescheduled date or future services at our discretion.

Once your date is booked, it is exclusively reserved, and no other reservations will be accepted. For this reason, retainers are non-refundable, even if the event is canceled or rescheduled.


Rescheduling / Postponement


Life happens! If you reschedule, we’ll move your date as long as a new one is available. If no new date is confirmed, the retainer is treated as a cancellation. This keeps the booking process fair and clear for both of us.


File Storage & Responsibility


You’ll receive a secure online gallery. Download and back up your files early to ensure you have them forever. Optional prints, albums, and wall art are available.


Limitation of Liability

We bring backup equipment and have trusted support. In rare emergencies, your day is fully covered. Our liability is limited to services promised in your contract, giving you peace of mind.

Payments & Delivery


Full payment is required before your photos or videos are delivered. This ensures your booking is secure and lets us provide your final gallery promptly. Previews or final content will be shared once the balance is paid in full.



Creative Rights & Editing


We maintain full creative control over all photos and videos to deliver consistent, high-quality work. I carefully select and edit each image, so RAW or unedited files are not delivered. Clients agree not to alter delivered content in ways that affect the final look.


Usage & Copyright


We retain copyright to all images and videos, while you receive a personal-use license to print, share, and enjoy your memories freely. Content may also be used in my portfolio, marketing, and promotional materials, helping me showcase my work while protecting your privacy.


Delivery Timeline


Weddings: 10–13 weeks

Regular sessions: 2–4 weeks

We stick to these timelines as closely as possible. Times may vary slightly depending on project scope or workload, but we always keep you updated along the way.


Client Responsibilities


To help your day run smoothly: provide necessary info (timeline, location details, contact info), and arrange meals if the coverage exceeds 8 hours. This ensures your memories are captured flawlessly.



Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes! We love capturing love stories anywhere. Travel fees are added based on location and logistics—let’s chat about your dream spot.

2. How do I book my date?

Just fill out my contact form and I’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours. From there, we’ll go over your vision, lock in your date with a retainer, and you’re officially booked your event is exclusively reserved-we won’t take other bookings for that time. 

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

If you need to reschedule, we’ll hold your payments and adjust the schedule once you set a new date, as long as a new date is confirmed. If a new date isn’t chosen, the payments you’ve already made may be treated as a cancellation. Any credit toward a future date is at our discretion.


Please note: Retainers are non-refundable. Retainers are non-refundable because your date is reserved in advance, and other potential bookings are declined.

4. Will I receive all photos or raw footage?

We provide fully edited photos and videos—not raw files. This way, you get the best-looking results. Editing decisions are made by Davidson Productions.

5.  How many photos will we get?

How long will it take to get my photos or videos?

Typically for full-day weddings, 500–700 high-quality images. Each carefully edited to tell your story. Expect full delivery of photos and videos in about 8–12 weeks. Other sessions usually take up to 4 weeks.

6. What happens if something goes wrong?

I always have backup gear and a trusted network of pros. In the rare event I can’t attend, your day is fully covered. If we can’t perform due to illness or unforeseen events, we’ll return your retainer or work with you to reschedule if possible. Otherwise, your payments cover the services you booked.

7. Can I share or post my photos and videos?

Absolutely! You can post online or share with friends and family, but please don’t alter them—no cropping, filters, or removing watermarks. We may also use some images for our portfolio or marketing purposes.

8. Do I need to provide meals or worry about extra time?

If your event is longer than 8 hours, we appreciate meals for our team. If you want us to stay longer or do extra services outside your package, we can arrange that at a standard hourly rate.
